Een klant heeft maandenlang geprobeerd zijn betaalrekening bij ING op te zeggen, maar zonder succes. Ondanks meerdere pogingen via de online portal, contact met de helpdesk en een bezoek aan een filiaal, is de rekening niet gesloten en blijft ING kosten in rekening brengen. De klant ervaart dat zijn verzoeken worden genegeerd.

Mijn Klacht:

I have been trying to close my account for months now without success.
I tried online several times via mijn ING, but I always received an error.
I contacted helpdesk via chat and they also didn’t manage to close it.
I walked into a branch and also they didn’t close it. They promised to contact me but nobody ever did.
ING apparently has no other way to be contacted so they just ignore my request.
Obviously, they keep on charging me for the account.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want my account closed.

Nothing has been solved. The account is still open and I still pay for it.
