Een klant van ING diende een klacht in nadat zijn bankrekening werd geblokkeerd na het aanvragen van een lening. Hij ontving een brief waarin werd gesteld dat hij valse loonstroken had ingediend, wat hij ontkende en toeschreef aan een fout van zijn accountant. Na correspondentie met de bank werd de kwestie opgelost.

Mijn Klacht:

In 25-03-2016 me and my girlfriend we apply for a loan from ING we receive an approval and we just had to send our payslips
After we send our payslips from February our bank accounts was directly blocked and after that we receive a letter that’s we made fake Payslips to get the loan from them.
we send them some letters to explain that’s we didn’t made any fake payslips that it was accountants fault because he made so I had to get for February 3250E nett but my hour loon it was 8.75 and I had 173 hours worked at February
he just calculate the amount wich was deposit on my account it was so
1200 400 400 400 825 10 153250 he just type this amount as my salary in February but the thruth is the 1200 was the remaining amount from January and at the payment description it was clearly typed Loon January but ing don’t want to accept that…
since then my girlfriend cant open a bank account no one want to help us..
sorry for my bad English I hope I explain myself good

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want just the EVA registration from my girlfriend has to be lifted and nothing else she is innocent at this situation..

7 jaren geleden - Dear sirmadam thank you for your quick reply that was the first option wich i tried but at the office they told me they cant help me with this situation and i will have to send a letter directly to ING..
