Mijn Klacht:
I’ve talked to ING 2 times before a deposit and they have not warn me.
On the day of receiving deposit I have found out I’m blocked when i tried to make a money transfer. ING bank has NOT notified, and they should according to their contracts.
Customer service and fraud department acted unprofessional by not telling me what I should do to speed up the process and what are my rights in this case.
1. I’ve made initiative and sent reasoning for receiving deposit from U.S. to ING bank in hope it would speed up the process. No mercy from ING.
2. I’ve made initiative to contact U.S. bank. They have replied within 30 minutes to ING. No mercy from ING.
Fraud department does not want to talk to me anymore. They instruct 1st line ING support what to tell me..
In short answer from ING is You should not call us, we will call you!
One of the ING personnel from fraud department threaten me that they will close all my accounts.
In 20 years I only had ING bank accounts and this is thank you..
Gewenste Oplossing:
1. Unblock my accounts.
2. Send me procedure details and deadlines within the procedure.
