Good Afternoon
My account was blocked this morning without notice. After calling ING client service and the Fraud department I have reached to no conclusion…No one is willing to tell me what exactly is happening, apparently I need to wait for a letter. However, I am not in the country and I can’t get the letter until the end of next week and I have bills to pay that are withdraw automatically from my account.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to know if there is any possibility that ING can inform me about the reason of the blocking by phone or e-mail. Thank you
