I placed an online order as follows an received the confirmation for payment settlement.
Zwischensumme 379,34 €
Lieferung und Verarbeitung 14,46 €
Tax 82,70 €
Gesamtbetrag 476,50 €
The same day I have paid the summ of 476.50€ via bank transfer and have informed the company.
Up from that date I have been waiting for shipping instructions which I never received. Even never heared about.
Something is wrong with this company.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I complaint with three emails to my contact address but never heared from inHomeFurn nor received any comments.
I am very upset about this and assume that inHomeFurn never paid the VAT to the taxman nor has any plan to deliver the ordered goods to the customer. This is a criminal cause and needs to be taken to court.
