Mijn Klacht:
I was in contact with Infomedics during handling of my payments. There was a complication due to which the insurer took longer to settle. Even if i was in contact with Infomedics they added extra cost and gave me 5 days to pay… I was not given a choice or understanding of the situation.
Gewenste Oplossing:
The extra costs that I payed are reimbursed.
