Mijn Klacht:
I ordered a table and a chair from ikea. I paid 49 euros for the delivery. The delivery man came almost 1 hour before the scheduled time and I had to run 2 kilometers to get home as he kept calling me. On reaching, he had left the cartons outside my home and he was in his truck. As soon as he saw me, he left. On checking I found that while the table was delivered, some sort of a frame has been delivered instead of the chair. The sticker shows a different address pincode. I called him twice and he said I have to take this up with ikea. I’ve been trying the customer service number from different phones and it says it’s not working. And I’ve written to Ikea on Facebook and Twitter and Instagram, and I’ve got no response. The reason I paid for an express delivery is to not have to go through all this. And now I’m not even able to contact ikea.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Come and pick up the product you delivered incorrectly and deliver my chair.
