I have been trying to get stuff for my new home from IKEA for past 2 weeks.
I placed the initial order for Jan,14th but didn’t arrive. after a day struggle to reach them i spoke to them on Jan 15. They said the order came as concept order and i had to cancel and reorder the whole thing again on Jan 15 to be delivered for Jan 17. Then on Jan 17th the same story again, this order also came as concept order. had to cancel and reorder for Jan 20th. then on Jan 20th, the delivery is unsuccessful and i cant find a reason why. On Jan 20th alone i had reached out to them 5 times (once via call and 4 times via chat ) . After getting all the details from me via chat, they just disconnect the chat without any reason. I can say this is being done deliberately . Very very un professional and rude. It is very frustration. I am paying for the order, it is a big order for 1800 Euros and being ignored like this and have to follow up so much for the order. What type of service are you providing ?? and how long are you going to do it. take some steps to improve your delivery and your customer care. Ikea being so big, i dont expect such issues with you.
