Mijn Klacht:

The service that we are receiving from Ikea in the Netherlands is appalling and at an unacceptable level. We used the IKEA kitchen planning service for a new kitchen in September 2021 and the kitchen planner ordered everything and we paid for it as requested. IKEA also arranged builder to remove the old kitchen which was done just after Christmas. The builder was due to come back on the 21st of January to fit the new kitchen but IKEA have failed to deliver around 52 items that are needed to fit the kitchen.

We have called IKEA multiple times and spent at least 5 hours on the phone to them this week. Nobody ever bothers to call us back with an update so we have to keep calling. All we get told is that they are waiting for the worktop we ordered in September 2021 to be delivered but they have no idea when this will be and there is nothing more they can do. I raised a complaint and nobody has bothered to respond to that either. We currently have no kitchen and have spent over 10,000 Euros on a Kitchen and Builders with no idea when this will be resolved. Nobody takes ownership of the issue and there seems nobody more senior we can speak to.

Gewenste Oplossing:

We would like the Kitchen we paid for to be delivered and installed.
