Mijn Klacht:
I have purchased from Ikea a new couch (VIMLE 3-Z SB MET CHAISE LONGUE/GUNNARED MGS).
It was delivered on the 22nd of December. Upon putting the couch together we have noticed that the fabric is extremely baggy and the couch shows as it has been used for a long time.
Definately a quality issue. I have contacted IKEA several times with an email and on the phone. I asked them to replace the fabric to see if that would solve the problem instead of sending the whole couch back.
They asked me to send pictures. I did. Then after hearing nothing for a long time I contacted them only to found out that they could not trace my email and asked me to resend it.
Long story short after many emails and many calls I still have no communication from Ikea about my claim which is very dissapointing. Please don’t come back to me with any kind of lame Corona based excuse. This complaint is not about the speed is about the how this has been handled (or better said not handled).
Gewenste Oplossing:
When I will have the fabric replaced to see if this resolves the issue.
