You’re a disgusting and untrustable company. We ordered our sofa to be delivered on a specific day at a specific time and took a day off to be able to assemble it. Your delivery company brings everything but the sofa and then I receive by email a ation that I’ve signed for receiving it (so they also faked my signature by putting a cross there). Your customer service is helpless and clueless, it took half an hour to understand what product we’re missing and of course, there is no way to receive it today. Now thanks to you we have to sleep on the floor with a one year old baby and take another day off to assemble the hopefully delivered tomorrow sofa. Last time ordering from Ikea.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want an official apology and receive my product today as I selected when ordering and paying otherwise they should come and assemble it on their own because I don't have a possibility to take another day off to handle the assembly.
