Mijn Klacht:
In the end of October I had a kitchen installement. So this is what happened:
1. It took 5 days instead of 2 (at least what they told me)
2. During the design it was not clear that my stove would not be seald with panels. So it is free standing and gets all dust underneath and also not sealed between the wall
3. The front was damaged
4. I had a dishwasher already, I said it is okay to fix it that I lose warrenty – just have the front on it
The kitchen was installed, I didn’t have the dishwasher front, which means it is very inconvenient to use dishwasher (it is not mounted).
Today is MArch 18th, the right materials were not delivered, the dishwaasher is still not fixed, I haven’t heard from the IKEA partner LIvique for 2 weeks since their worker came to fix everything and discovered that we cannot.
This is unacceptable. I would not do IKEA kitchen in the future, by fearing to wait for 4 months if something was not completed. I wish there would be an inspector who would be in charge of completed work. The money has been duly paid for the service that has not been provided in its fullest.
Gewenste Oplossing:
There must be right expectations and full service. I'm not an expert and do not know what must be done or not. This is why I used IKEA designer help and made sure I understand the process. But some things were not mentioned and missed. REsulting in a massive dissatisfaction.
