Mijn Klacht:
I made several purchases and returned several packages.
IKEA sent to pick up the packages twice, however, because I don’t have the order numbers and IKEA’s back-end system is broken, so the co-workers are not able to track my orders.
In the end, the packages are lost and not trackable, I never got my return money back (it’s not small money but a couple of hundreds.
Gewenste Oplossing:
IKEA should return my money back and make compensation by I waste many time to fix the problems, which their system should fix it.
