Mijn Klacht:
I have ordered a kitchen at Ikea Roma Nord. The quality of the kitchen is good. I was helped good at the store. But Ikea refused to assembly the kitchen because some adjustments had been made to the wall (necessary because of the humidity). When the kitchen was delivered I was told that Ikea refused to install the kitchen. So I had to find (and pay) some kitchen specialists.
Regardless of the reason why the kitchen was not installed, to my opinion the amount of Euro 850,-, which I paid in advance for the instalment, needs to be restituted by Ikea. But Ikea refuses this (only I can receive 69,- which is an insult). This can damage the good reputation of Ikea!!
Where can I file my complaint. In Sweden of in Italy? And what is the telephone number or email address.?

I am satisfied when the payment of the work that has not been executed (Euro 850,-) will have fully been restored.
