Mijn Klacht:
I am extremely disappointed for a very silly reason. So I ordered this product https://www.ikea.com/nl/nl/p/ikea-365-voorraadpot-met-deksel-rechthoekig-glas-kunststof-s89269071/ which seems to be just one item. Then to my suprise you only deliver the lid, and tell me the container is out of stock. But you still charge me for the lid! Why do I want a lid if I do not have the container? The least you should do in these cases is to ask the customer when you run out of stock of 1 item in compound products, then customer can decide whether he’s still interested or not.
I am really disappointed with the customer service and the attention provided.

In my case it is already too late, so at least the refund and an apology.
