Mijn Klacht:

I tried to do one order before Christmas (during lockdown too) as I was moving house the beginning of January. For some reason it wouldn’t let me do a scheduled delivery for the whole basket, only next day. But if I tried to do schedules delivery for some of the (random) items, it would let me do a scheduled one. I called up and they couldn’t resolve it. I waited a week and decided to order as much as I could as I was worried with the limited delivery slots that I wouldn’t have the important items in time. This has then resulted in me having to do another delivery and pay €98 in delivery costs for items that could have been delivered in one truck. IKEA gave me no reason for this and as far as I’m aware it’s a glitch on their website. When I originally asked to add to the order they refused. Then when I asked to have the orders combined they refused. They also supposedly pride themselves on being environmentally friendly, however 2 trucks on 2 consecutive days isn’t good. I would like the one delivery cost back as I feel sick to my stomach that I’ve spent €98 on delivery.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like a refund of one of the delivery costs or the order combined.
