I’ve been trying to get in touch by phone since MONDAY, everyday I spend more than half hour on the waiting and nobody picks up the phone. On sunday (07102018) I’ve made an order on the website and requested to deliver on thursday the 11102018 in my new house between 16-20:00. However, today, 10102018 I got one email informing that it wouldn’t be possible to deliver due to lack of stock. I’ve paid 74€ for the delivery at the selected date because my husband could be there at the new address at this time on that date. You postponed the delivery for 1610 which nobody is going to be there.
First, I request my delivery money back and also some answer from IKEA because I can’t reach you through phone, the only way I could find it was this formulier, becaus ealso on your facebook page, I got no answer. Saturday I’ll be going to the IKEA in Duiven (closest to my house) and I really expect my floor to be delivered MAXIMUM on this saturday (1310) in the morning because I already have also date to move. I cannot move to my house without the floor. I will find every place where I can publish this complaint because this is a lot of incompetence for such a big store. Important to say that I already had problems with other two shoppings with IKEA. Will spread the word, for sure.

I want my delivery money back and my floors maximum by this saturday delivered
