Mijn Klacht:
I had ordered a malm chest of drawers from ikea Amsterdam, they delivered on time but the board of the drawers were broken on delivery, I immediately called up ikea for a replacement the same day and its been 3 months now, 10 calls to ikea. No body came to pick up my furniture and my money is stuck at ikea for 3 months. I bet if you don’t pay their invoice on time they’ll charge interest for the delay. Who will compensate for my inconvenience? They say they can’t pay me unless they have the furniture and they won’t come and pick it up either. How can you exploit customers like this ? Worst customer service ever!!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
Give me a replacement in 2 days otherwise my money back immediately
