Mijn Klacht:
I palced an order on 22.12.20, had to be delivered on 06.01.21, then got a message taht it will be on 11.01.21 instead, and that they’re collecting it. On 11th I called to ask where is my order, they didn’t know and said that all they can do is to reschedule it for 4.02.21 (one month later!!). On 4th, I called to ask where it is and they said it’s going to be delivered on 14.02.21 (symbol of love to their clients), but something tells me it’s a big fat lie! I have not been informed about any of it, no information is available to me unless I call them (each time waiting for an hour, and sometimes they hung up on me). This is the worst experience I ever had as a client, but God forbid if any of the items will come broken or missing, if the order will ever come!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I just want my order safe and sound (and in time)!!
