Mijn Klacht:

Halo Goeavond,

IK heb aan klacht for Viabuy, i order online viabuy prepaid credit card, and they deliver to my house, and always reminding me that i need to upload money minimum 90 euro.
As far as i know that money is added to my viabuy account balance, but it isn’t, my money was gone.
I deposit money 91.46 euro because when i try 90 euro it ses in the system not enought, i dont know why?

But when i put money 91,46 they charge me to the card and sms so my money was gone.
I dont know that terms on condition as far as i understand, i only pay if i used the card.

So i decided to return my viabuy card, so my viabuy card, wasnt here anymore. i can’t afford the cost of the card its very expensive.
Please help me to get my money back 91,46 euro.

I send an email several times to suport team of Viabuy they said its not refundable. but i know according to the dutch law within 14 days u pay the card and if u dont like anymore, i can return the card without any cost and they return my money.
so the time i pay the card, i can return the day after the card, since i notice it my money was gone.

Please please help me, to refund my money. 91,46 euro thank u
