Please excuse my writing in English. Today I went into ICI Paris, in The Passage, Den Haag. I am a fan of ICI Paris, however, was treated very rudely by a staff member around midday today. When trying to talk with her about her behaviour she was unwilling to discuss anything and told me she didn’t like my attitude. I was totally taken aback. Another staff member was absolutely lovely and helped me. I am not used to being treated so rudely by staff I wanted to register my concern with you about the first staff member
Gewenste Oplossing:
It would be nice if a senior staff could speak with this staff member and encourage her not to treat customers this way. I was quite shocked, so much so I went over to Douglas and brought a gift there instead
