Mijn Klacht:
I went to the store to return a gift set, the store was really busy. I stood in line waiting for my turn, when it was finally my turn, “momentje” I was told. Oke, the “momentje” was at least 10 minutes. apparently, The lady who’s supposed to help me thought it’s a better idea to do another client’s makeup, while i wait.
When she was finally done, I complained that i was here first, and therfore i expect to be done first.
“I cannot drop everything, because you want to return something. No discussion. It’s sunday!” was the reply
I replied, that you can ask a college to help me out, if you don’t want to drop “everything” to help me. She said she’s the only one who can return gifts!
Apart from the horrible manner that i was treated in the store, I submited a complain 15 days ago on the ici paris website. I expected “at least” an apology for being treated that way and got no reaction what so ever. Not even one of those automatically generated emails.
One this i am sure of, I am not going back to that store again!
Gewenste Oplossing:
1- an apology
2- having more that one person who can handle returns specially in the christmas time when the store is already busy
3- for god's sake, if someone does not want to work on sunday. don't let them or they are going to bitch about it to every client
