Mijn Klacht:
My watch recently stopped functioning. This meant that there was no power at all. I purchased this watch on 8th November 2019. I have spoken to one of your service team members who advises me that I have to take it to a service centre. The nearest one is located around 140 kilometers away. When I said this didn’t make sense could I post it in I was told no but you can take it to a 3rd party and pay to have it fixed. Why would I do this when the watch is still under warranty.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like the watch either repaired or replaced and no further costs to myself.
