Mijn Klacht:
I ordered a couch with an assembly service. The couch was shipped however half-way the transport got cancelled as couch seemed to be damaged. After waiting 45min on the phone I managed to contact customer srvice. They suggested they would cancel the order and I could order the same couch once again, which I did (again with assembly). After a month some amount (lower than what i paid) was booked on my account. Clarifying via phone didn’t help and I’m still waiting for the difference to be booked. On top of that when the second order arrived they company delivering it refused to assemble it!! Again 45min waiting for customer service; they promised to refund te assembly cost immediately. Until now this haven’t happend either.
Gewenste Oplossing:
The difference between what I paid for the first order that never arrived and what was paid back is 66,57 EUR. The aasembly service cost which was not refunded is 79,00 EUR. I'll be satisfied when the remaining 145,57 EUR will be booked on my account.
