I ordered a shoe rack on 13-05-2014 on the web site it looks like it has been delivered, but I have never got it and I PAID FOR IT, they sent me an automatic email, they said they would have asked information to the transport company, but I am still waiting.
Gewenste Oplossing:
in general I am satisfied about home24, but when you have problem it's difficult to contact them, they don't have any phone number, only automatic emails.
