The package was delivered on Apr. 6th.
I unpacked it on Apr. 7th.
The product was supposed to be new – but was used (or on display).
Anyway, the elements are dirty. Metal pieces are scratched, etc.
On Apr. 7th I sent a first (negotiation) request to home24.
I received automatic confirmation, but no reaction.
On Apr. 13th I sent a retour request.
Again, automatic confirmation, no reaction.
Now is Apr. 20th.
The package blocks my living room.
I am considering requesting payment for storage.
The service phone line is permanently busy.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to return the product and get back the money.
