Mijn Klacht:
Ordered a tv table from Home24. They broke the order in 2 parcels for some reason. First part was delivered, second part was not. The order is marked as Delivered on their website. There is no way to contact them. They dont answer on emails, they turned off contact phone. There is no way to clarify what’s with my order, how I can get it in full, how I can refund. Basically they took 300 euro, and didnt deliver.
Gewenste Oplossing:
The order is delivered in expected timeframe or refunded.
