Mijn Klacht:

We ordered a timon I closet and we went for it mostly due to delivery time. Anyway we are waiting for it for so long. When I called after 6 weeks, when delivery was expected as usual we were told to wait 3 more weeks. We feel swindled since we had the same experience before with Otto and they kept our money for a few months too until they discovered in their shitty systems they couldn’t deliver. I find it sad that companies like this hold your money and even do not pay you a simple interest when they do not deliver. I called them twice once waiting time was 45 minutes when instead they should have called me for the delay and my order should have been monitored after, which I do not think was done. I have in the meanwhile a mess as I really need the storage space for my clothes. These companies need more control as actually they use our money and don’t deliver hoping we don’t complain or forget.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Anyway after a long story of waitings I want my closet urgently. We paid a lot of money and I expect a big refund judging that same closet from same company now is sold at 1100 when we paid 1600. I want a good quality closet soon and the company should actually notify clients when they are not able to deliver. Find their customer service really crappy and once I even had to wait 45 min. I need refund for that too, as they should have called me to apologize for the mess up, rather than me wait in some queue and still get nothing and even pay a lot of money for it. I expect to bring me the closet urgently and being properly refund for all the troubles
