Handel Bij Van Andel is a nasty dishonest scamming company that sell second hand washing machines as new.
I am 80 years old and I have to live on a small pension and stupid me after saving up enough money thought I was buying a NEW washing machine for 395 Euro from Mediamarkt.
Instead it turned out unknown to me that I bought a second hand one for the price of a new one (395 Euros) from Handel bij Van Andel.
It took a week to be delivered and the first time I used it leaked and flooded my kitchen. After many phone calls and emails it was taken back under the 30 day guarantee. Handel Bij Andel did their very best not to take it back! And that is when their despicable blackmailing tactics started?

Handel Bij Andel claimed I sent it back damaged and wanted 35% of the money I paid else they would not give me any of my money back! Then after me complaining a lot they then wanted 20%: then 70 Euros but first I must pay another 70 Euros up front to get back some of my money? And on and on it went: In the end as time went by I gave in as I was getting depressed with this nasty blackmail situation and I wanted the nightmare to stop as it was getting me down as I saw no end to it. Returning/canceling an order

We received the machine back in a very dirty condition with many signs of use.
Please send us your account number and we will transfer the amount minus a 35% depreciation fee.

Bestelling retourneren / Annuleren

Dear customer, to help you, we can offer a one-time 20% discount or return the machine.

We are being reasonable; a lawsuit would be pointless and cost you a lot of money.
If you transfer €70 to us, we will prepare the return.

As of today I still have not got all my money back…My advice is: Never buy any washing machine from Handel bij Andel as they will only send you a broken second hand machine instead of a new one!
