Mijn Klacht:
An appointment for Monday, 4PM-6PM. The technician didn’t come. I call the Guidion support at 6:15PM: No he was there at 4:45PM! Maybe you doorbell doesn’t work? Maybe next time you can leave a note near your door about the fact that you are at home? And all that time, from 4PM to 6PM I was right in front of my huge window that leads to my entrance door. But the support specialist was so sure that he was there… T-Mobile, by the way, told me that the technician was there at 8AM for some reason.
Second attempt was more successful, another technicial came and connected everything. But first one and their support with I can assure that he was there on time…
Gewenste Oplossing:
Tweede monteur was een goede specialist.
