Mijn Klacht:
I didn’t receive the device or even the sim card but they deactivated my old sim because they were porting it and i don’t have any way of contacting them. they are deducting payment but not providing the sime and device where they gaurantee 48 hours of delivery and it has been more than 3 days now. i am going file a report aagainst them,
Gewenste Oplossing:
I need a new sim because i don't have any number to work with now. i need the sim card as soon as possible and the device as well.
