I have a complaint.
i`m not one to complain. I recently went online and registered for a contract with you guys. i have done all the paper work and sent it threw to [email protected] to [email protected] on the 19th already 11:03 . waited and received absolutely no feedback on this matter. It took me to phone and ask them if the process is underway. spoken to a man and he said it will be processed and today i phoned again and this man said he never received my email so i resent it again and only now this will be processed. this is honestly really the most disappointing experience i had. i phone then again and spoken to a Nattily, she did not want to even give me her surname for reference that ive spoken to her.
every time i phone they have no clue if my contract was processed
Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be satisfied if someone can be more hand on and follow up with clients. also to if they received the documents.
And i will be satisfied if they can sort this out as soon as possible
