Pre-order iphone X on 27-Oct with expecting delivery 2-3 weeks from 3-Nov and contract immediately activated on 3-Nov.
Since 9-Nov gsmweb started pushing email with EDD 11-Nov; one day after got new EDD 16-Nov, then another EDD 18-Nov, then EDD 6-Dec…
the fact is up to now I have not got the phone yet.
Contact with customer service via facebook, telephone, email many many times, the answer is sorry we have no stock, you need wait…sorry I cannot see your status, you need to call… sorry I cannot help you further….
Therefore no any customer service really willing to solve problem or help customer.
My order is already longer than 6 weeks, still nothing heard about delivery of my iphone X.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Delivery the phone this week, and do what as promised.
