I am writing about a situation.
I was a customer from Greenwheels and canceled my subscription on 4 Dec 2017. When I made an account to use their services I had paid around 230 Euro as a deposit/guarantee. The company is without reason delaying the refund of this amount. They told me that they will give me back the deposit on 28 Feb 2018, which is almost 3 months after I stopped my subscription from them. Is this legal?
I feel that the company has exploited me and keeps the money to take interest or use it for their cash flow.

I am satisfied when I get my deposit money back
