Mijn Klacht:
My package with tracking number 10004132753015 never reached my address even tho my seller insist that it was successfully delivered. I contacted the company CNE and told me to contact the local post office, so GLS because it seems like the package was return to their local operation center in Amsterdam. When i called they told me the package already left the center to reach the seller but the CNE company that handles the transfers outside NL told me that was not possible. Not only GLS did not delivered my package but they are also not capable of providing me sufficient information about where my package is or provide me with sufficient evidence that the package never reached me. I need this evidence to claim a refund from aliexpress about an expensive package that got lost!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I need the company to inform me about where the package is and provide me with a solution, most preferably return the package back to the seller so i can have my money back because i am tired of all this mess and i don't want to receive it anymore because i am very unsatisfied both with the seller, that refuse to believe me and think that i am lying about not receiving any goods and the GLS company
