WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
FIRST THEY’RE SENDING YOU AN EMAIL THAT YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED ON MONDAY, BUT IN CASE YOU ARE NOT AT HOME THEY “GIVE” YOU AND OPTION TO CHOOSE A PICK UP STORE, AND YOU DID CHOOSE A STORE, AND THEY STILL DELIVER THE WRONG PACKAGE TO MY NEIGHBORS AND CLAIMING THAT THEY’VE FINISHED THEIR PART?!?!?!?!?!
AND YOU WRITE THEM A COMPLAIN AND THEY REPLY THAT THEY GONNA REPLY IN 3 DAYS BUT IN THE MEANTIME IF THE PACKAGE IS STILL MISSING TO CONTACT THE COMPANY SENDER AND ASK THEN FOR A REFUND OR A NEW PACKAGE?!?!?!
How insane is that?!
They have to take responsibility and refund me back the money for my package! They exactly know who’s the sender of the package is to get all the info. Cause they are “professionals” right?!
Gewenste Oplossing:
Refund me back for the package. Cause they ain’t gonna find the package or deliver it in a good condition, after reading all the reviews form unsatisfied customers
