Mijn Klacht:
I order some stuff from Portugal in august, and when I went to track and trace, it said that my order was delivered. which is a big fat lie, I didn’t get it nor anybody on my street. Countless emails were send, a lot of phone calls were made and nothing have been solved. GLS wouln’t even move a finger… I spent more than 100 euros on this order. For what I read arround here, I am not the only one with exactly the same problem. Something has to be done to solve those situations, GLS is very unprofessional, and does not take any responsabilities for the shit they are making. this has to stop.
so, GLS, tell me….WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU DOING??????

they have to pay me back. they also should try to be more serious with their jobs..
