Een klant heeft op 16 oktober 2025 een bedrag van 297,88 euro ontvangen van WEBNETWORKSOLUTIONS in Jacksonville, USA, wat hij beschouwt als fraude. Eerder heeft hij ook al een soortgelijke ervaring gehad en kreeg hij van de bank te horen dat hij contact moest opnemen met het bedrijf, wat volgens hem onmogelijk is vanwege het oplichterijkarakter. Ondanks zijn herhaalde klachten bij de bank, voelt hij zich niet geholpen en twijfelt hij aan de effectiviteit van de geboden bescherming.

Mijn Klacht:

on 16th October 2025, I’ve been charged the amount of 297,88 eur. from WEBNETWORKSOLUTIONS JACSONVILLE USA. This happened to me 5 or 6 years ago, when I also complained to the bank and they asked me to get in touch with this company first, which I tried but it’s impossible because it’s a SCAM. Looking for this name in google I see many people complaining about the same: unauthorized payments from this company. I also read that this name is indeed a Company but has been used for these fraudes. I called my bank again for the second time today and they gave me no solution whatsoever. They say that they can see it’s not fraude. How can they see that? when this happened 5 or 6 years ago, I had to change my credit card. Now I see that wasn’t enough protection, because they took money again. So, I feel unprotected, not supported by my bank. I decided to cancel my credit card. I don’t want a new one. at least not from ABN AMRO.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like to get my money back.

There is a difference between fraud and scam. When the customer was not involved in the financial loss, we speak of fraud. In cases of scam, the Cardholder was involved in the damage. 4 maanden geleden - Yes please. I want you to investigate the issue because as I said before, I had no busssines whatsoever with that company. It’s a Fraud! I would like to get my money back and also get protected from this company so they can not take money again.

4 maanden geleden - I just sent an email to [email protected] and it came back because the address was not found. I don’t understand why do make it more difficult. I already explained my complaint and now I have to send an email explaining the same? What a waste of time. You have my complaint already. You should investigate why money can be taken from my credit card without my consent?
