Mijn Klacht:

The driver of this bus lied to 2 African men whom had tickets for the trip to Bercy, Paris @ 9:20 1332019. The flixbus was a bit late, so maybe they were confused about which bus was theirs.
Not sure that this was their bus, they asked him where their bus would arrive. He lied to them, sending them to the other side of the arrival place. Maybe 3 minutes later, while the bus was waiting at the 1st red light, these 2 gentlemen ran up to the bus yelling “it is 800, it is 800”. However, while most of us heard them yelling, he pretended to ignore them; though they were right in front of his door.

I assume that it was because he was running late, that he drove a bit nervously to Gent. In Gent he almost hit 2 cyclist; which is very unusual for a Dutch native (usually the Dutch Danish have the best protection laws for cyclist). Anyways, a driver pulled up next to him at a red light and complained about him almost hitting the last cyclist.

So I think it’s important to check his log sheet for passengers that were not checked in at Antwerp for the 9:20 bus to Paris.
These two men could have had jobs, or children or connecting flights waiting on them. Someone needs to speak to this flixbus driver because his attitude doesn’t fit with your company’s image. And, if he would have injured a cyclist what would that do to your company’s image.
