I made a double booking on flixbus website as the message I got was that the first payment was not successful. After I saw that the amount for the tickets was taken twice off my credit card and after trying to reach them via phone but kept being disconnected I cancelled one booking online ( got a voucher instead of a refund, although nowhere during the cancellation procedure was that mentioned). I finally manage to reach them on the phone and am told that they do not refund money for vouchers. I accept that and ask them to cancel the second booking ( thinking that I would use the voucher to rebook). Well, they refuse the full refund for the second booking leaving me with no choice but to accept a cancellation fee of 60 eu. Unacceptable really, typical money grab as it was obviously a double booking and it should have been refunded in full. And by the way, although I got a ation email From them about the refund (price of tickets minus 60 eu), it is still not on my account…

That the full amount of second booking be refunded
