Mijn Klacht:

The company failed to deliver my parcel and lied, saying I wasn’t in, when I was waiting with the front door open at the time they gave. They then lied about roadworks causing them to not be able to reach my flat when I had seen the, nearby on their tracking system.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like to be told what the company will do to not let this happen again,

Dear Sir Cooper,

Thank you for your message.

Our system shows that it was not possible for the courier to enter the address due to road work. According to the courier the street was closed. Our apologies for the inconvenience!
We can see that your order will be delivered on the 2nd of January. I assume that this time everything will go well. Again our sincere apologies for the inconvenience!

That is a lie. There were no road works on my road that day. The street was not closed. The tracking link showed the driver to be on a road that there was a clear route to drive to my address from 10 minutes before the delivery was cancelled.
