Mijn Klacht:
I ordered a refrigerator via bol.com. On 29th of November my order was delivered my extra@home by postnl. I purchased free unpackaging and installation service from bol.com and it was also stated at the e-mail I got from extra@home. However the guys who brought the product refused to do the unpackaging and installation and just left the house after bringing in the product. I took a half day off from my work just because of this installation but now I need to have another half day off pay for my transportation costs to get it fixed by extra@home service. I request compensation for my extra half day off transportation cost.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Complete the unpackaging and install my product asap
Compensate for my half day off wage transportation cost. I need to take additional hours off just because of their mistake
