I had a big order of laminate – 2 pallets. Delivery guys dropped it in the apartment building hallway despite me showing them Extra@home rules that they need to bring it inside my apartment, I need to check the order that all is correct/nothing is missing or broken, and then they need to take the pallets away. They afterwards just ran away on me! I called Extra @ home customer service immediately after they got into the elevator, the customer service lady reassured me that they will come back and finish their job, but they never showed up! I waited for them for a day, and then I was stuck carrying 80 boxes of 8.5 kg each into my apartment all by myself (i’m a girl, so it was very heavy for me, and now my back hurts!). Now the two pallets are just sitting there in the hallway, i cannot even more them – they are very heavy. I am furious! Moreover, the delivery guys were EXTREMELY rude…
Gewenste Oplossing:
1-pallets are picked up by Extra@home ASAP
2-these delivery guys honestly should be fired. It's a disgrace to any business to have employees like this! This attitude is bad enough with regular size parcels, but when the entire service is about big parcels delivered to your home and that doesn't happen - well, they are just costing PostNL its reputation!
