Mijn Klacht:
I received a delivery notice for Jan 12. I stayed in the property until late at night waiting for the delivery to arrive, but it keeps getting delayed. Finally I received an email saying that I need to schedule another appointment date! Now I have to adjust my schedule AGAIN despite making time for the original agreed delivery time. What’s worse is the next available slot is 2 days later, which only jeopardizes my schedule.
PostNL Extra@home is not dependable! I need my shipment ASAP unless they want to pay for my flight tickets!
