Mijn Klacht:
I paid 14 euro the Tuesday 15th of August for random numbers on the Eurojackpot website. Trusting its (Eurojackpot) system, I didn’t record or wrote the numbers. I could have said I did write the numbers, they were winners numbers!!!… I’m not like that. Friday I’ve got an email, the numbers of the 7 lots disappeared. Explanation from EuroJackpot, “Experiencing a malfunction with the Wallet”. The wallet didn’t t have a problem, I saw the 7 lots on my account when I paid! I definitely wasn’t be able to see them if I didn’t pay. So yes they were in my wallet. Why did they disappeared, were they winners lots!? Contacting the Customer Service via messenger, I asked if they had my numbers to verify the results, they didn’t reply. I asked a second time if they have my numbers in their data, nope, no answer, conclusion: certainly no lots numbers listed on my account. They answered: “you will be refund the 14 euro”, adding “everyone can have a malfunction once in a while”. What!? Well no, not Nederlandse Loterij/Eurojackpot, not with millions of euro. I/we pay and play with confidence and trust, believing everything will work perfectly as it should be. One, I maybe had the winners numbers, or I did have the winners numbers. Second, Nederlandse Loterij/Eurojackpot has committed a fault, maybe more.
This situation have definitely an impact on people’s feelings and emotions like it does on me. It has been damages.
Even if it’s certainly not the case, I have the feeling of having been trampled, cheated and scammed. It’s unacceptable.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I’m looking for a solution with Nederlandse Loterij in private.
