Mijn Klacht:

We noticed on 1 October 2019 at 7 AM there is no heating and no warm water in our apartment and immediately filed complaint with Eteck 247 helpline. Today it is 4 October 2019 and still no heating and warm water. Every time we call, they have standard answer that our colleagues will call you back but no one actually calls back. I was lucky one time to get a call by some technician who sounded very casual in saying that there is a problem in the main system and other apartments are also affected and we are trying our best to solve (laughing). Its no longer summer time and with rain, wind the whole day our apartment is freezing at 20 celcius. They have no solution, no time line and no alternative. We are very much disappointed by the complete setup of Eteck. We pray if they get some legal notice for such malfunctions and ignorance.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Transparent communication and alternative like hotel costs should be offered

Hi Akshay,

Thank you for your message via this platform. We’re sorry to read that that the reporting of the failure of your heating is not going well and we understand that you are not happy about this.
In the meantime we have also been in contact with you through other channels and via phone and we have put you in touch with our maintenance partner. They informed us that they had contact with you and that the problem has since been solved.

We understand that it is not pleasant to experience problems with your heating system and we’re verry sorry for the inconvinience. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse hotel costs for you.
