Mijn Klacht:
To whom it may concern: Energiedirect.nl wants to illegally charge for energy they did not supply. Despite trying to solve the situation and several customer service agents telling me that they will recalculate and sent me the correct bill, I am getting illegal and intimidating letters! Internally that business seems to be a big mess, as different customer service agents communicate different messages. Now I receive a letter telling me that they want to cut my energy!!!!!
This is nothing short of despicable and criminal, they have no right to the payment of what they are charging as they did not supply it and I demand to receive a correct bill as requested many times!
Gewenste Oplossing:
To stop the bullying, intimidating behaviour of that business and to receive a fair bill! I will not pay for something they did not deliver!!!
