Mijn Klacht:
I paid a fine of around 150€ as i moved to another energy supplier. I was never told about getting a fine if you cancel the contract. And then i was called by a worker from energiedirect. He said that if i return to energiedirect they will refund the fine to me. Now i have got the contract back, but still did not get the refund.
There is no way to contact them on internet, and the phone number does not work.
Did anyone succeeded in contacting them?

I need to get a phone number (not this one 9003347328 - it does not work).
