Hallo.
I just received an e-mail from energiedirect saying that I melded a change for different supplier of a gas and electricity, which didn’t took a place, I was not using a application of them at all, I didn’t reach them either ask for termination or change, my contract Was without termination date, I got a information that contract is ending within today!
Absolutely shocked with what happend, and site and numbers are unreachable…
It seems like company wants me to end contract on good terms and go on by way much higher tarief…
Unacceptable.
Gewenste Oplossing:
With canceling a mistake that came from their side and continue the contract in right way.
