Dear Eneco,
I moved to a new home six months ago and brought the contract with me. Due to a divorce, we cancelled the Eneco contract under my husband’s name and started a new contract under my name because simply transferring the contract was not possible. But I was told I had to remove the brand new Toon (installed six months ago) and install a new one, and pay (again!) 75 euros. The manager named Joel DONALD refused to speak to me when I asked (I was speaking to a junior person who obtained advice from the manager). When I explained that I did not need a new Toon because it was installed only 6 monhts ago, the supervisor insisted I had to pay but refused to speak to me directly.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want a refund of the 75 euros, since it is not necessary to uninstall and install a new Toon.
